Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – End of Tenancy & Deep Cleaning Bookings for this service require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This service includes all professional cleaning products, equipment, and materials. Our team arrives fully prepared to complete the job to a high standard. The standard service covers the selected number of bedrooms, one kitchen, one living room, one bathroom, and one oven. Any additional areas (extra bathrooms, ovens, full house upgrade, garden areas, etc.) must be added during booking as extras. For houses or larger properties, additional services such as “Full House Upgrade” may be required and can be selected during the booking process. Customers must ensure that: • The property has electricity and running water • Access to the property is available at the scheduled time • The property is empty or ready for cleaning We reserve the right to adjust the booking or apply additional charges if the property condition or size does not match the booking details. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge. The duration of the service may vary depending on the size and condition of the property. By booking this service, you agree to these terms.
