Commercial & Property Cleaning Services – London

Definitions

Company: LEKOGO.

Client: Any individual, business, or legal entity engaging LEKOGO for services.

Services: Professional cleaning services provided by LEKOGO, including Residential, Commercial, Short-Term Rental, Move-In & Move-Out, and Extras.

Service Contract

By booking or contracting LEKOGO’s services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

The details of each job (scope, schedule, rates) will be outlined in a booking confirmation, quote, or agreement.

Any changes must be confirmed in writing.

 

Provision of Services

LEKOGO provides services professionally and with care.

The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

Extra services (such as additional bathrooms, ovens, garden cleaning or full house upgrades) can only be booked together with a main service and cannot be booked separately.

Booking & Minimum Notice

Commercial and Residential Regular Cleaning:

Regular cleaning services require a minimum commitment of 6 months, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.

 

 

One-Off Cleaning Services:

One-off services are single visits with no ongoing commitment. Must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

 

Short-Term Rental & Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning:

Must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

 

These terms apply to all bookings made online, by email, phone or message.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Commercial Cleaning: 72 hours’ notice required.

One-Off Cleaning: up to 48 hours before without charge.

Short-Term Rental & Move-In/Move-Out: up to 48 hours before without charge.

Late cancellations may be charged in full.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking or as stated on the invoice.

Standard invoice terms: 28 days.

Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

 

Refunds & Adjustments

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.

Refunds or adjustments are assessed based on the situation.

 

Extras and Upgrades

Extras (additional bathrooms, ovens, full house, garden, linen, etc.) are available during booking.

Extras must be selected at the time of booking.

Full house upgrade applies only to houses, not flats.

 

Liability

LEKOGO will act with due care but is not liable for damages beyond insurance coverage.

Clients agree to indemnify LEKOGO against claims except in cases of negligence.

 

Ongoing Services

We offer regular cleaning services for homes and businesses with flexible scheduling.

Minimum commitment applies as outlined above.

 

Online Booking

Minimum booking: 3 hours.

Payment is required in advance.

Bookings can be modified in line with the cancellation policy.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information confidential.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Amendments

Any changes must be agreed in writing.

These terms represent the full agreement between LEKOGO and the client.
