Commercial & Property Cleaning Services – London

1. Definitions

  • Company: LEKOGO.

  • Client: Any individual, business, or legal entity engaging LEKOGO for services.

  • Services: Professional cleaning services provided by LEKOGO, including Residential, Commercial, Vacation Rental, Move-In & Move-Out, and Extras.

2. Service Contract
By booking or contracting LEKOGO's services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • The details of each job (scope, schedule, rates) will be described in a separate quote, service contract, or booking confirmation.

  • Any changes to the scope of services must be confirmed in writing.

3. Provision of Services

  • LEKOGO undertakes to provide all services professionally and in accordance with agreed specifications.

  • The client is responsible for granting access to the premises at the agreed time.

  • All services will be completed with discretion and care.

Extra Services
Extra services (such as additional bathrooms, ovens, gardens, or full-house upgrades) can only be booked in conjunction with a primary cleaning service. Extra services cannot be booked as a standalone service.

4. Booking & Minimum Notice

  • Commercial cleaning (regular): must be booked 7 days in advance. A minimum contract of 6 months applies to all regular commercial cleaning services.

  • Residential cleaning (regular): must be booked 7 days in advance. A minimum 6-month contract applies to all regular residential cleaning services.

  • One-off cleaning services: must be booked 2 days in advance. No long-term contract required.

  • Holiday rental cleaning and move-out cleaning: Must be booked 48 hours in advance. No long-term contract required.

  • These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, regardless of the channel used to make the booking, whether online, by email, by telephone or by text message.

Cancellation Policy

  • Commercial Cleaning: Cancellations require 72 hours’ notice.

  • One-Off Cleaning Services: Can be canceled up to 48 hours before service without charge.

  • Vacation Rental & Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Can be canceled up to 48 hours before service without charge.

  • Late cancellations will incur the full service fee.

5. Payment Terms

  • Clients undertake to pay all costs quoted or invoiced.

  • Payment is due at the time of online booking or as stated on the invoice.

  • Standard payment terms: 28 days from invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds or partial refunds will be assessed based on service delivery and client feedback.

  • Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of service completion for review.

 

7. Extras and Upgrades

Additional services (extra bathrooms, ovens, entire houses, gardens, bed linen) are available at the prices indicated on our booking platform.

Extras must be added at the time of booking.

Upgrade to entire house: only applies if the property is an entire house, not a flat.

8. Liability

LEKOGO will act with due diligence during the provision of the service, but is not liable for damages exceeding the limits of the insurance.

The customer agrees to indemnify LEKOGO for any claims arising from the provision of the service, except in cases of negligence.

9. Long-Term Service Contracts

  • LEKOGO offers ongoing cleaning contracts for residential and commercial properties, with a minimum commitment of 6 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Regular schedules can be customised; please contact office@lekogo.com to request proposals.

10. Online Booking & Service Terms

  • Minimum booking: 3 hours per service.

  • Payment is required at booking.

  • Services include Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Vacation Rental Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, and optional extras.

  • Booking modifications: Allowed with notice as per cancellation policy.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Issues must be reported within 1 hour after completion.

11. Confidentiality

  • LEKOGO and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality for all sensitive or proprietary information exchanged.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Amendments & Entire Agreement

  • Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing.

  • These terms represent the full agreement between LEKOGO and the client and override prior discussions.
