Service Description
Our regular home cleaning service in London is designed for flats, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Choose how many visits per week and how many hours per visit you require. For houses, please select the Home Upgrade during booking. Cleaning products and equipment can be provided as an optional add-on, or you can supply your own. The first visit is paid online. Ongoing visits are charged per visit at the same rate. A minimum 6-month commitment applies.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Appointments must be booked at least 7 days in advance. The first visit is charged at the time of booking. By providing your card details, you agree that the same payment method may be used to charge each completed visit. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the cleaner arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, the full service fee will be charged.
