TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
1. Definitions

"Company" means Lekogo.

"Client" means the natural or legal person contracting the services of the Company.

"Services" means the services provided by the Company as described in the contract.
2. Contract for Services

By engaging the Company's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The scope and details of the services provided will be described in a separate agreement or quotation.
3. Provision of the Service

The Company undertakes to provide the cleaning services in accordance with the specifications indicated in the contract.

The Client undertakes to provide access to the facilities at the times scheduled for the provision of the services.

Any change or modification of the agreed services must be mutually agreed in writing.
4. Payments
-
The Client undertakes to pay the Service Provider the agreed fees for the Services rendered.

The terms and methods of payment shall be specified in the contract or on the invoice.

Invoices shall be payable within 28 days of receipt. Delays in payment may result in additional charges.

The Customer may opt for automatic payment via Stripe. By selecting this option, the Customer authorises the Service Provider to instantly debit his account for each invoice generated.
4.1 Automatic Payment Authorisation

By choosing automatic payment via Stripe, the Customer authorises Lekogo to charge the designated payment method on file for the full amount of each invoice at the time of issuance.

The Customer understands that automatic payments will be processed the instant the invoice is generated and acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring that there are sufficient funds in their account to cover the invoice amount.

The Customer may waive automatic payments at any time by notifying the Service Provider in writing.

In the event of non-payment due to insufficient funds or other reasons, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the Services until the payment is successfully processed.

At the time of online booking, the full amount of the service will be held in the customer's account until completion of the service.
5. Deposit Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking for all services.

The deposit is part of the total price of the service and will be deducted from the final payment upon completion of the service.

The deposit will be charged when the Client makes an online booking through our platform.

The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the service, depending on the final duration and additional services requested.

If there are any changes to the booking or the service is extended beyond the booked time, an updated invoice reflecting the adjustments will be provided to the Customer.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit may be non-refundable, subject to our cancellation policy.
5.1 Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds or adjustments will be processed after reviewing service feedback and completion details.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

The Customer must give 5 days' notice of cancellation or rescheduling of the Services.

Cancellations or rescheduling made outside this notice period may result in the payment of a cancellation fee.
7. Online Booking
By booking our cleaning services online, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

7.1 Minimum booking: A minimum booking requirement of 3 hours applies to all services.

7.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for recurring services and 12 hours in advance for last minute services. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the booking.

7.3 Method of payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking for online bookings. For bookings made through other channels, payment is due upon completion of the service.

7.4 Service Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 1 hour of completion and we will resolve any queries.

7.5 Liability: Although we are insured and take safety precautions, we are not liable for any damage or loss during the service, within our limits of cover.

7.6 Changes to conditions: We reserve the right to update or amend these conditions at any time. Please check our website periodically for updates.
8. No Online Booking

If you prefer not to book online, please contact us directly to schedule your cleaning service. Our team will assist you with the booking process.

All terms and conditions described above apply to bookings made through other channels.
9. Liability

The Service Provider shall take reasonable care in the provision of the Services, but shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the provision of the Services.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claim, damage or liability arising from the Services provided.

Although we are insured and take safety precautions, we are not liable for any damage or loss during the service, within our limits of cover.
10. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by giving 15 days' written notice.

Termination shall not release the Customer from any outstanding payment obligations.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or shared proprietary information during the provision of the Services.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK
13. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
14. Amendments
Any amendment or modification of these terms and conditions must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
15. Sever ability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By engaging the services of Lekogo, the Client acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
